Easy Step to Apply

Offline Registration

To apply for admission to Mumbai Defence Academy (MDA) through offline registration, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Prepare Your Application

Download the Application Form:

Visit our website and download the application form.
Alternatively, you can create a short resume if you prefer.

Complete the Application:

Fill in all the required information in the application form or ensure your resume includes all necessary details.

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

Prepare the following documents to submit with your application:

Educational Certificates:
• Photocopies of all your educational qualification certificates.
Domicile/Caste Certificate:
• Domicile (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र) or Caste certificate, if available.
Photographs:
• Two recent passport-sized color photos.
ID Proof:
• One of the following: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, School ID Card, or any other valid ID proof.
Registration Fee:
• Cash: ₹1,000/- (only if submitting in person).
• Demand Draft: Make it payable to “Mumbai Defence Academy,” payable at Mumbai.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Send the filled application form or resume along with the required documents and registration fee through one of the following methods:

Step 4: Final Admission for Coaching/Training

Upon completing your registration, ensure you bring the following items during your final admission for coaching/training at MDA:

Educational Certificates:
• Photocopies of all educational certificates (10th & 12th).
• Note: 12th appearing students should provide a photocopy of their 12th examination hall ticket.
Domicile Certificate:
• म‍ूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र, if available.
Caste Certificate:
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र, if available.
Photographs:
• Recent passport-sized color photos.
ID Proof:
• Any valid ID proof as listed above.
Medical Fitness Certificate:
• Must be no older than 6 months.
Coaching Fee:
• Full payment as per your chosen course (Note: Installment facilities are not available).

1. Do Not Bring:
• Any costly items.
• Original certificates (except for ID proof).
2. Disclaimer:
• MDA will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement of your belongings.
